"Spoke with Mrs. Tissica Tyler regarding additional coverage today and her customer service was awesome. She explained in great detail the benefits of the additional coverage and answered all of the questions I had. She was very personable and wasn't pushy at all to make a deal happen. I was very satisfied with her service! Also spoke with Willie H. the day before and he was awesome as well. He explained benefits of each policy and he addressed every concern I had. He too wasn't pushy which I am very big on. He was very personable. And we were able to structure my policies that would make the most difference for my family. Both agents were great! Definitely recommend them both!"

"Willie H. was beyond professional! At the start of our call he caught me just after my having handled a very difficult situation at work that left me in no mood for small talk. He sensed it and let me breathe and just worked on the details of what I was looking for. He had some suggestions for coverage I was not currently paying for but was not pushy in any way. By the end of the call, I not only got a great deal on 2 separate policies, covering 3 vehicles, but he also shared how he had handled challenging calls with customers at prior jobs he'd had, providing me sound advice for how to handle the next difficult situation I face. I cannot say enough how my interaction with Willie not only improved my Auto Insurance coverage and cost but ALSO calmed my mood and armed me with a better way to handle the next difficult call at work, in the days to come! If you call this State Farm office and get to work with Willie, consider yourself blessed! Amazing human being!"
