"Had been calling around to compare against my current coverage and State Farm came up way less expensive than everyone else online. What really sealed the deal was the call from Troy Ingram. "Very disappointed with the customer service. After calling for hours with no answer, I went to the office in person and was met with surprised looks and told I should have called or handled it online. I explained that I had already tried calling repeatedly with no success. Unfortunately, my issue still wasn’t resolved, and although I was promised a callback, four days later I have yet to hear from anyone. Communication and follow-through need significant improvement."
