"Willie H. was beyond professional! At the start of our call he caught me just after my having handled a very difficult situation at work that left me in no mood for small talk. He sensed it and let me breathe and just worked on the details of what I was looking for. He had some suggestions for coverage I was not currently paying for but was not pushy in any way. By the end of the call, I not only got a great deal on 2 separate policies, covering 3 vehicles, but he also shared how he had handled challenging calls with customers at prior jobs he'd had, providing me sound advice for how to handle the next difficult situation I face. I cannot say enough how my interaction with Willie not only improved my Auto Insurance coverage and cost but ALSO calmed my mood and armed me with a better way to handle the next difficult call at work, in the days to come!
