Welcome to the Shantorra Owens State Farm Agent office, your local State Farm insurance office in Memphis, TN! We look forward to seeing community members in our local area, but we also serve the states of Mississippi and Arkansas with Business, Renters, and Home Insurance.

My main goal is to provide and protect. I strive to provide excellent insurance services in Shelby County and protect what is important to the community. For over 17 years, I have been using my insurance experience to help customers shield what is important to them. I graduated from Christian Brothers University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. I also graduated from Webster University with my M.B.A. and M.A. in Human Resource Management. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, and I am involved with my community.

As a Small Business Owner myself, I understand the unique insurance and financial service needs of Small Business Owners. My team and I can provide various options to meet your individual needs based on the type of business you own. We would love to sit down with you and discuss the different products that we can provide a small business owner such as Business Owner policies, Artisan/Service Contractor policies, Workers Compensation policies, Commercial Liability Umbrella policies, Business Auto (including fleets) and life insurance options for your employees (Group Plan Life and Key Man) as well as life insurance to fund business agreements following the death of a partner. Other products we offer include Professional Liability for various businesses and Employers' Practices Liability Insurance policies.
