Shantorra Owens State Farm Agency is looking for a Sales Representative who’s ready to help clients protect what matters most while building a long-term career in insurance.

We proudly serve Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas—so if you speak both English and Spanish, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and deepening our community impact.
What You’ll Do
  • Connect with new and existing customers to uncover their insurance needs
  • Educate clients on coverage options (Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more)
  • Handle policy changes, claims follow-ups, and service requests
  • Stay organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Support team goals through collaboration and high activity
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience or customer-facing role preferred
  • Insurance experience is a plus – but we’ll train the right person
  • Must be able to obtain TN insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
