ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shantorra Owens - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.Grow your career as you improve your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you as part of our team/family! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to obtain a Property/Casualty and Life/Health License (We will help you with guidance and license reimbursement!)
- Proficiency in working with computer systems like CRMs and Microsoft.
- Bilingual-Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
Compensación $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
