ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Shantorra Owens - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Self-starter who is able to multitask and problem solve to provide an excellent customer service experience.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have or be able to obtain Property/Casualty and Life/Health Licenses (We provide Licensing Reimbursement).
  • Bilingual - Spanish is a Plus!
  • Proficient in Computer Systems like CRM and Microsoft.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
